Washer,dryer, hanging drying rack clips are available in a laundry room in the apartment
Please clean-up before checking out. All dishes used must be cleaned and dried, please do not put wet dishes inside the cabinet,all garbage must be disposed in the bins in the backyard.

Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind permitted inside the unit. An ashtray is provided outside on the patio table. PLEASE DO NOT THROW CIGARETTE BUTTS on the lawn - use the ashtray.
Absolutely NO DRUGS of any sorts on the property.
No loud noises after 1030pm.
NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS ALLOWED WITHOUT PRIOR PERMISSION. We are very accommodating, so please ask first.
