1. All guests are required to bring indoor slippers, as outdoor shoes are not allowed inside to keep the property clean.
2. Guests staying longer than one month must clean and mop common areas once a week. Cleaning products will be provided, and it only takes 30 minutes.
3. Quiet hours must be strictly followed, meaning no disturbing noise during these times.
4. Events and parties are not allowed unless approved by the property manager. In writing notice must be given two weeks in advance.
5. Guests must clean their dishes, cutlery, etc immediately after cooking.
6. Please avoid cooking spicy foods with strong odors, as this can affect the comfort of other guests. Spicy cooking with a strong odor that disturbs others is not allowed.
7. We do not provide bed sheets or pillows unless explicitly stated on the listing.
8. Guests not following these rules may be asked to leave earlier than their reservation end date, with a refund provided for the unused portion of their stay.
9. All guests and tenants are responsible for their personal belongings and for purchasing insurance to protect against theft, flooding, fire, earthquakes, or any other natural disasters. We do not accept responsibility. By renting a room on the property, you agree to these terms and conditions.
10. Guests are required to respect the property and neighborhood by adhering to the following: only registered guests are allowed on the property, and any visitors must be pre-approved by the host. Commercial activities or illegal activities of any kind, including but not limited to unapproved business operations, are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. Please maintain quiet hours from 8:00AM to 10:00PM, respecting the peace of the community. Exterior cameras are in use to monitor entryways in compliance with privacy laws, ensuring guest and neighborhood security. All guests must follow Airbnb’s Terms of Service, which prohibit disruptive or unlawful behavior.
11. No smoking, please. Removing the battery from the smoke alarm or tampering with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors is a serious breach of your contract with us and will result in the termination of your reservation without refund.
