Upscale, beautiful, convenient and a safe location with a security system. 5 minutes to buses.
Absolutely no smoking, occasional drinking.
No parking
2 Exceptionally large rooms with attached study room in the basement. All rooms furnished with beddings.
Sharing a fully equipped kitchen and an attached 4 piece washroom. TV room with cable and wifi.
20 minutes walk to University of Toronto Scarborough campus, Centennial College Morningside campus.
30 minutes by bus to Centennial College, Progress Campus, Scarborough.
Close to PAN AM games center pool and gyms
Steps to bus every 10 minutes…3 different routes.
Will take grocery shopping once a week.
House is backed to a quiet park.
Walking distance to, food takeouts…Indian, Chinese, Italian etc., and Convenient stores. Also to nature walks, river and trails.
Laundry once a week, 1 load.
Preferably cooking once a day before 10pm due to fire regulations. (Recommended meal prep during the weekend). 2 hours maximum cooking per day per time. Clean and put way utensils after cooking a must. Garbage lids closed all times. Kitchen counter clean.
Preferably long term 2 single students. No smoking and drinking…occasionally.
