This comfortable private home is located just 4 miles from the University Town Center Mall which is great for shopping and upscale restaurants in addition to the new Mote Marine Aquarium-a family favorite! The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is only 10 minutes away (4.4 miles) and downtown Sarasota is 17 minutes (6.6 miles). There is a Publix grocery store on University Parkway that is 5 minutes away (1.5 miles) and a Walmart Super Center that is just 3 minutes away (1.3 miles) to stock up on snacks, drinks and food items or last-minute items you forgot to pack for the trip. No trip to Sarasota would be complete without going to one of the world-class beaches nearby. Siesta Key Beach is a 28-minute drive (13.6 miles) or Lido Beach is 22 minutes (10.8).
