Fenced in, grass covered yard with plenty of space to play and relax! Fresh lemons and oranges might be ready from the five citrus trees. Note pool/ spa heating is additional fee.

Comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 9 adults. 72 in solid walnut desk is also a great dining table that can seat up to 8. The 60 in wide patio table can easily accommodate 6 to 8.

The pool and spa are heated by propane. It is highly effective and efficient, and there is a significant cost for propane delivery. So, we ask guests to help offset this expense with the following additional fees. The amount is calculated based on the cost of the propane delivery and maintenance of the temperature.
