Access to the entire three bedroom, one bath house on a quiet in land lake just 10 minutes outside of wiarton and close to many popular attractions. The perfect retreat for the outdoorsy type. The popular hiking trail, Skinners Bluff is just minutes away from our property as well as other excellent hiking & atv/snowmobile trails. In season Bass and Perch fishing on this lake as well as kayaking and canoeing are excellent pass times. There is a private boat launch for small boats on the property, but we are located right near the public boat launch as well. If youre looking to bring your family for some good times then this is the best place for them!
Outdoor kitchen, play equipment, games and swimming will absolutely keep you busy all day! In the evening we have a large Rec room space where everyone can enjoy games such as darts, shuffle board or foosball all night, and conversation to be made around the bar while watching tv or listening to music. Our rec room bar has a full bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. While also offering a futon for sleeping.
In the fall and winter months, this place is the perfect retreat to enjoy some outdoor play or trail riding including fishing/ ice fishing, but come back at the end of your days to the rec room bar and thoroughly enjoy all that it has to offer. Or sit on the porch and enjoy the views around you. Don't forget! The lake is at its warmest in the month of September, so take advantage and go for a dip!
