centrally located - 5-10 mins from the ski hill, golf course, track, and 3 area beaches! Snowmobile / ATV trails out the backdoor. Quick 2 block walk to The Red Neck Bistro, Calabogie Brew Co. & the shores of Calabogie Lake access to dock ( fish or boat)
The house has two thermostat both in the lower level, one controls upstairs and other downstairs, please the one going to the basement door controls the upper level and the one in the living room controls the lower level!

The living room one control the lower level , when it is cool increase it!
The other one controls the upper level, please keep it very low!
Our kitchen is fully equipped with almost everything you need to enjoy your cooking , baking and BBQ.

If you need space this place has it. A beautiful big house with a ton of room. The host is very kind and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend the Library house if you are a big group. There is a nice restaurant close by and a brewery. The hot tub and sauna were working well and we all enjoyed ourselves. This house is cozy and has a lot of charm.
