There is a double bed and dresser in the cheerfully decorated second bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized fridge and antique looking Elmira woodstove electric range. The 32 foot deck extends 12 feet out towards the water which is only 15 feet away. Enjoy sunrises, morning coffee, reading, watching the kids play or morning yoga, on the deck, right outside your door. There is a man-made, sandy beach for the kids to play at, a gradually slopping boat launch, suitable for any water craft to be unloaded at and a 24 ft dock to park your play toys at. It is only 40 minutes to downtown Kingston if you should fancy a night out or 25 mins to Napanee or Picton. Both communities are also easily accessible by boat.
