Welcome to our Queen West Loft! Nestled in a quaint yet lively neighbourhood, this former factory built in 1910 welcomes you with original brick walls, a fully stocked kitchen, and a unique loft-style bed. Conveniently located in front of a street car and a bike share, you can easily travel through the city. Either head West into Parkdale for authentic food and modest dive-bars, or immerse yourself in the energetic nightlife of the world-famous Ossington St, just minutes from your front door.
This open concept loft will wow you with its charm, and make you feel right at home. We have everything you need to cook a meal from spices, cooking oils and vinegars, pots and pans, and most importantly...an air fryer. We encourage you to use it (because Greg insisted I buy one the size of a Cadillac...please humour him and ask us for air fryer recipes!)
We provide an abundance of bath towels, fresh linens, dish towels and a welcome basket with some snacks to get you started. We also have a nespresso machine and some pods for you as well.
Please note that the bed is a loft bed that we do not recommend for children, or those with accessibility issues. There is a guard rail at the top for your comfort. However, the couch pulls out into a bed and is a comfortable alternative.
We live closeby and are very passionate about offering a memorable experience. We encourage you to reach out to us during your stay if you need any recommendations of places to see/eat in the area. If you need a cup of sugar (yes, we have run over to bring a cup of sugar!), more olive oil, or some recipes; were happy to be your helpful neighbour!
You will have access to the entire space: kitchen, bathroom, work space, family room and walk in closet. This is not a shared accommodation and you can register a guest at no extra cost. Please just let us know so we leave the appropriate amount of towels and pillows.

Queen West is our absolute favourite neighbourhood (perhaps a little bias) because of its easy access to transportation, it's in walking distance to some of the BEST food in Toronto (ask us for recommendations!), and the colourful sense of community.
There is a paid bike share on our street and several docks on Queen st. There is also a streetcar (several of them) within walking distance on Queen st and King st. If you are concerned about how to get to a particular location from our home, send us a message and we can help you find a solution.
We have a minimum 2 night stay, but if you'd like to stay shorter, we may be able to make it work. Send us a message if you'd like to discuss!
For 14+ day stays, we provide a free clean on your 7th day, at no additional cost to you. We will provide new towels, dust and vacuum, replenish anything you have run out of, and take out the trash.
For 28+ day stays, we provide a cleaner, twice during your stay, at no additional cost to you. We will change the sheets, provide new linens, and clean the unit.
If you like to cook, we have a lot of things you'll need! Our kitchen is stocked with things that we wish we had at airbnbs we've stayed in previously. It makes a big difference when you can just grab some groceries and whip up a quick meal (without having to spend an extra $20 on oil and spices!) Here is our list:
