Sectional sofa that opens to a sleeper with a 65 inch t.v . Screened in patio with fan . King size bed with walk in closet and 55in t.V .
Walk out to the screened in lanai where you can enjoy your morning coffee or read your favourite book. Very clean and well kept . New furniture including mattresses. The grounds are gorgeous with all the amenities, including a walking path that you can enjoy looking at the water .
Looking for a mature couple who would like a month minimum but would prefer a winter stay Nov/ Dec - April . Please contact me for discount for a longer stay .
