Unit is fully equipped with new appliances, modern furniture and décor. It is a perfect location for your family vacations, girl's trip, fishing and much more. The unit is part of the Barefoot Cottages Community and it is conveniently located in front of the main complex pool.
Cottage is located between pristine uncrowded beaches of Gulf County and Franklin County or you can drive east of HWY 98 and if you like to visit Panama City Beach.
The cottage has two bedrooms and two and a half baths and can sleep up to six people.
- The first floor has a beautifully furnished living room with a queen sleeper sofa, 55 Inch Smart TV, as well as a modern dining room area. The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, Keurig and regular coffee makers, toaster, blender, full set of pot and pans and much more.
- There are two bedrooms located on the second floor. Primary room #1 contains modern furniture, 40 inch Smart TV, a king bed with a private balcony overlooking the pool and private bathroom with hair dryer.
Primary bedroom #2 contains modern furniture, 40 inch Smart TV, a king bed private bathroom with hair dryer.
- 4-Towels, 4 wash clothes and 2 hand towels are provided in each suite bathroom. If more will be needed, please let the owner know one week prior to your arrival.
- Private High speed internet and cable TV comes with this unit and plenty of space if you need to work remotely.
