TRUE 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom condo, not part of the hotel, in VIP owners / residents tower. Elevator takes you right into your unit! Private foyer entrance accessed with keycard.

You will have everything for your enjoyable trip including contemporary European furniture, gourmet style kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils, High-Speed WiFi, Game Console PS4 and in-suite washers and dryers.
And also all hotel amenities including bay infinity pool, gym, beach service and complimentary beach shuttle ( 4 people max).

The main living room area is professionally designed to be tasteful as well as comfortable for your stay. The open plan kitchen has everything you will need for your stay. The dining area has a table and six chairs. After having delicious meal you can rest at the couch along with a Smart TV or simply enjoy peaceful sunsets through panoramic floor to ceiling windows!

First Bedroom (Direct ocean-view):
The master bedroom has a king sized bed with high quality memory foam and ecologically produced bed linens and beautiful ocean views. The walk-in closet provides plenty of space to store all your clothes and the master bath has a separate shower and tub so that you don’t have to wait for your turn.

Second Bedroom (Intercostal/city, side ocean-view):
The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and bay/city view. Plenty of closet space and an in suite full bathroom with shower make this room just as desirable as the master.

Third Bedroom (Intercostal/city, side ocean-view):
The third bedroom has a queen size bed.

- NO RESERVATIONS:
First come, first served—limited availability during peak hours. * Included in resort fee (paid directly at check-in).

- POOL (Open from sunrise until sunset):
The pool at Beachwalk Resort is a stunning waterfront oasis overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. It features a spacious sundeck, comfortable loungers, and lush tropical surroundings, making it the perfect spot to relax, swim, or soak up the sun in a serene, resort-style atmosphere.

- GYM:
Modern fitness center equipped with cardio machines, free weights, and strength-training equipment. Bright and spacious, it features large windows with natural light and a clean, comfortable environment - ideal for keeping up with your workout routine during your stay.

Hallandale Beach is a great town that sits squarely between Miami and Fort Lauderdale offering the best of each city only minutes away in a car. The neighborhood has plenty of shopping available with a Walmart right across the street for food shopping during extended stays, there are several restaurants available including Etaru which sits right on the Beach next to the building beach service area.

Prefer not to walk? No problem! FREE shuttle (3 min ride) is included to Hollywood Beach, Aventura mall & Gulfstream Park Racetrack/Casino!

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:

Kindly find the resort and parking fees below to be paid directly to the resort during check-in and they are not included in the payment for the property. (Fees mentioned below have been provided by the resort and subject to change without prior notice):

**EARLY CHECK-IN unfortunately is not available.
***Late check-out fee is $120 for 2 extra hours based on availability and must be confirmed with STAY TODAY representative at least before 1 day check-out.

- Credit card and ID must match name on reservations or accompanying guest to check in. Hotel front desk will place a hold of $250 on your credit card at the time of check in. Security deposit will be released immediately upon check out and may take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on your account depending on the bank.

- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.

- Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs.

- Please Keep Doors & Windows Closed
To maintain A/C performance and prevent humidity damage, please keep windows and doors shut.

- Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500.
