It is a GORGEOUS direct unobstructed ocean view from living room, bedroom and balcony of this one bedroom, one bath unit in best building (Building D) at Berkshire by the Sea. Walk out the door to the beach. Property is very clean, well maintained, lobby with customer service to assist occupants. Pull out sofa and roll away cot make this one bedroom a sleep 5. Full kitchen. Amenities include ocean, swimming pool, hot tub, barbeque area, recreation room (ping pong, billiards), tennis courts, shuffle board. FREE Internet and cable TV.
10 minute walk to downtown Delray Beach to enjoy 50 + different restaurants, bars, entertainment. FREE trolley also available to downtown Delray Beach if you don't want to walk. NEVER rent or buy in Buildings A, B, C as they are very old, and so small that it is claustrophobic. My $5,000 ask is very fair.
