Positive: I spend 3 nights at the location with my 6 years daughter. The purpose was Disneyland. Pro: -good location (2 minutes to the center, 5 min to bus station to Disneyland (bus 2234), -good an nice space for 2 persons, first floor, -a bottle of water in the fridge, different kind of bread (I am gluten free but Is a nice touch, kettle, toaster, microwave, TV, wifi, coffee machine-I didn’t use it for more motives) -Bed with motor -the owner answered at every question quickly Cons: First I couldn’t enter earlier in the apartment unless I paid 5 eur/hour. The check in is very late (17pm) and even if the apartment was free I needed to pay. I stayed at my friends location till 17 pm but this ruined my plans to go to Paris earlier. I could go to Paris but the key is somewhere hidden and I didn’t know if I could manage to find it in the dark with a child next to me at a late hour). Second but the most stressful thing for me is that I had to do the housekeeping before I leave. I think it is common sense to throw the garbage, wash the dishes but the owner expects more from you. I takes a depozit of 200 euros and he wants to leave the apartment cleaned, vacuum cleaned, mopped, dishes not on the sink and so on. This gave me stress. I had to leave at 6 AM for an early flight and it is not normal to finish my trip to Disney early because I had to do the cleaning and not disturb the neighbors. A solution is that you can choose between this cleaning and a fee for it if the time is not in your favor. But the price of renting was high to do the cleaning too. -cold inside with the wind blowing through the door (you can’t stay on the couch on in that area because of that) and I had to use the heat all the time -the toilet tank is broken with the water licking all the time if you don’t shake the button of the tank every time you use the toilet.
