The cottage is situated on a 4 acre lot. A wonderful kind of seclusion. This means you can enjoy a truly quiet and cozy atmosphere. You will get some much-needed rest, sleep deeper than ever before whilst still being close to Huntsville’s heart. All in all, a quiet yet incredibly exclusive retreat.
COTTAGE UPDATES
Every year we get feedback from our guests and reinvest to improve the property:
1. Removing the river rock at the beach and replacing it with a limestone wall – Completed Nov 2024. 100 feet of private beachfront
2. Extra chest freezer- purchased
3. Expanding the volleyball beach area - Completed Nov 2024
4. Add more docking - Scoped and the docking will be doubled for end oif June 2025. One private stationary dock on the left that is private for tanning/yoga and a larger stationary dock to replace the floating dock
5. Pulling an electric line to the beach and a beachfront Cabana- Quoted and will be installed in June 2025
6. Beachfront Cabana – Working on quotes and permits. Will be installed in July 2025
