The Northlake Treehouse is an architectural gem. Influenced by Frank Lloyd Wright’s philosophy of organic architecture, the home was built in harmony with its environment. The panoramic vistas are breathtakingly beautiful and a constant reminder that you are simply a guest of nature - A sanctuary for those seeking to leave behind the everyday stressors of life.
The space was curated to provide a unique cottage experience. The contrast between rustic and contemporary design characterizes the look and feel of the interiors. The rooms feature a mix of work by local artisans paired with antique collectibles from around the globe.
The Treehouse features an open concept layout on the main floor with several lounging areas. Our main living room boasts a large U-shaped sectional anchored by a masterpiece granite fireplace. This room is surrounded by
windows that provide a panoramic view of the forest and lake. The viceroy living room is the ultimate reading nook adorned with a day-bed sofa and swivel chairs. Here the sunset’s golden hour seems to last forever. The games room is intimate and cozy, the ideal place for pre-dinner cocktails paired with a great board game. Our media room is the perfect place to curl up and watch movies, relax and enjoy SmartTV entertainment - Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, and more!
Featuring white oak hardwood floors, our boutique hotel-style bedrooms can accommodate eight guests comfortably – 3 queen size beds, 3 walk-in closets, in addition to two twin beds.
Aromatherapy showers, Benji linen sets, and Turkish towels are provided complimentary during your stay.
Our gourmet kitchen is equipped with all the necessary trimmings to serve perfectly curated meals during your stay. Please feel free to reach out with any inquiries on availability or questions about our property. The property is located off a private road which is plowed and maintained all winter long. From November until April all-wheel drive vehicles are recommended to access the property.

North Lake is a non-motorized limestone lake featuring crystal clear water and natural shorelines. This peaceful and serene lake is perfect for activities such as swimming, canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and more! Although you may find yourself secluded in this remote setting, sound carries across the lake, so outdoor music and parties are not allowed.
