04/02/2023 Amie- We enjoyed our stay at this house in Clarkdale. The property is very clean and in a nice neighborhood. It is located approximately 30 minutes from Sedona, and the local area has all of the amenities (eg. groceries, restaurants) you might need. The game tables in the garage were great for relaxing in the evenings after a long day of hiking and the complimentary bottle of wine was excellent. We are pet-free and there was no evidence of pets staying there previously (ie no pet hair noticeable). The WiFi worked well, water pressure and temperature were all good. We would highly recommend this property!

The fully stocked kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals, and the cozy living room provides a comfortable space to unwind. House Rules
~Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver s license and Selfie through Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ This home is dog friendly with approval. Please remember to clean up after your dog prior to checking out; failure to do so may result in additional fees. The guest is liable for all pet damage. Absolutely no cats allowed.
~Bringing a pet to a pet-friendly home has an additional charge of $250/pet that is non-refundable.
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~No smoking inside. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
