This lakefront home is situated on the most sought after portion in the Lake Spivey community on the south quadrant, just 20 minutes from downtown Atlanta & Airport.
House rules:
-Pets: Due to other occupants having sever allergies there will be not pets allowed (with the exception for certified service dogs).
-No use of tabaco, marijuana or drugs allowed in or on the premises.
-Parking rules: No more that 6 vehicles allowed on the driveway. Off-street parking for four additional vehicles is available at the top of the property hill. Please don't block the garage. Garage is reserved for house manager use only.
-Keyless Entry-codes for the front door and alarm will be provided prior to arrival.
-Parties: Special events must be negotiated prior to the confirmation of reservations. Overnight Parties not allowed. If Complaints are received due to loud noise, too many people and/or unauthorized parties, payment will be forfeited, and guests will vacate premises upon notification. Police will be involved.
-Community- This is a close-knit HOA community. Please be mindful of and courteous to our neighbors. They are quick to call the police!
-BBQ- Must provide charcoal and lighter fluid. Clean grills and dispose of trash after each use.
-Fishing- The lake is a catch and release lake for largemouth Bass. All other species may be kept. Fishing allowed on the waterfront and deck. Bring your own poles and gear.
-House Manager- House Manager lives onsite in a separate room with ensuite facilities and separate entrance. Common areas (kitchen/laundry) may be shared with on-site house manager. House manager has exclusive use of the garage.
-Overnight guest rule- This property sleeps 12 Guest. Due to the covid pandemic, there will be a $100 a night charge to each additional guest staying.
