The space
The space includes a master bedroom with a king sized bed, TV, a desk, and a seating area with large windows that give stunning views of the Indian River. This space is perfect for early morning sunrises with a hot cup of coffee in your hands. A second bedroom also on the third floor which includes a trundle with a queen sized bed and a double. A full bathroom completes the top floor.
An open living room, kitchen, half bathroom, and balcony are all located on the second floor. Living room provides a 65” smart TV with streaming available. Balcony overlooks the community pool and gives an extraordinary view of the Indian River.

Although I hope you do not see any during your stay, bugs, are native to tropical climates like Florida. They are a chronic problem for Florida homeowners and are impossible to eradicate.
