Clean contemporary 3-bd / 2-ba with lovely views! Community pool and spa outside the door (sorry, pool not heated in winter). Private parking, washer/dryer, gas grill, outdoor dining, 5 minutes to shopping. Bedding, towels, dishes, and cookware all provided. Just bring yourself! Under-55 is ok! Due to owner allergies we unfortunately can't welcome pets, emotional support animals, or smoking. Not a GVR property.
