La Case Maâ is a recent holiday home, bathed in light, built by craftsmen of the region. It is located in the heart of the pines in a small subdivision that gives pride of place to nature and vegetation. It is a wooden house, passive, with very little energy loss, for better environmental preservation. You will be seduced by its cozy and unpretentious atmosphere, and its perfect equipment for a great stay. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed; the other with 2 queen size bunk beds. The bathroom offers a large walk-in shower, a bathtub, a double sink with storage, and a heated towel rail. The toilet is separate. The living room and its American kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker...) welcome you for your relaxation, the Bonzini table football is ready to count the points, and the cellar with its glass wall hides the washing machine, dryer, microwave and fridge/freezer. A table for 6 and a sofa complete the decor. Outside, a terrace with a table and 6 chairs and an electric barbecue are conducive to relaxation and evening aperitifs, a large umbrella will protect you from the sun, but not from the song of cicadas! There must be some lounge chairs and a hammock, a nap is required.
We welcome families and quiet people (maximum 6 people); indeed the Case Maâ is intolerant to noise and festive evenings, like its neighbors who live there all year round. Better to be informed before clicking to book…
