This is your vacation getaway. Best location in Casa Grande, this 1100 sq foot condo is steps away from the sparkling heated pool. 100 lush palm trees line the meticulously maintained property. Grill is included for patio BBQ. This is an upstairs condo, NO pets allowed. If you have pets, you must book in a tile floor pets allowed condo, no exceptions please. This is strictly enforced. The complex was built in the mid 80s and unit 80 has carpet flooring and the cabinets are original and painted. The appliances are functional but not high end. This is not a luxury accomodation and please don't expect such. We are available 24/7 and will do whatever possible to make your stay pleasant. Pool is heated year round to around 80 degrees.

Pool is HEATED year round. High speed broadband, Iron, Ironing board, hair dryer all stocked. Very clean, comfortable and safe location and condo complex. Dog park at the complex.
