The beach house is appointed with all the essentials for a comfortable stay including a full kitchen (dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, cooking utensils etc.), linens, towels, beach towels, wifi, two televisions (one in living area, one in the main bedroom). There is also a coffee maker, a Keurig, a toaster, a microwave, a dishwasher and we keep on hand various condiments for your use. Also have a new washer a dryer on the property for use. Beach front house sits on a 1.2 acre property, it also has basement loft like apartment sleeping four available as a separate rental and property shared by another town house.
Charcoal BBQ located closed to beach deck available for guests to use. Guests responsible to provide own charcoal and to keep BBQ clean.

Our neighborhood relies on well water, our well is hundreds of feet below ground, water is treated on a regular basis even though sometimes it will have a light odor. For drinking we get you started by providing some bottled water, in addition a five gallon dispenser helps provide water for cooking, it can be refilled at local Publix’s grocery store up the road five to seven minutes.
