The guesthouse includes all the comforts of home with appliances, flooring, furniture & fixtures and includes a minisplit that heats in the winter and cools in the summer, oven/range, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer in unit, coffeemaker, toaster, glasses, dishes, cookware and all towels and linens. Host continues to update furniture, linens towels every year. If you don't see it, just ask for it. Owners are on the property in the main house and available to make our casita your home during your stay. Super clean and well maintained! Includes the backyard, gazebo, pool area, and all amenities available for guests.
