This luxurious 3 bed, 2 bath executive pool home in a small gated community in Lely Resort, Naples.
The reviews say it all! This home is entirely newly and professionally furnished featuring a modern and sophisticated décor.
Nothing has been overlooked - this home is in pristine condition with all every luxury you could think of. Top quality bedding, linens, bicycles, Smart Roku access TV, high speed internet/wifi, beach chairs... you need only to bring your clothes.
Come relax pool side on a very large private lot with distant views of Mustang Golf course. A perfect way to start your day with gorgeous morning sun streaming into the lanai and pool area.
The heated pool and spa are perfectly situated offering morning and all day sun - great for those seeking a bit warmth in the chillier months of the year.
We welcome adults and children over 10 years of age. The house is limited to a total of 6 guests at one time.
Double car garage allows for the parking of one car. Cars must be stored in the garage per the HOA rules of the community at all times.
Please note this house is not suitable for small children. All guests must be at least 10 yrs old and proficient swimmers. This home is equipped with safety alarms on all pool access doors, as well as locking tabs. Pool safety is your responsibility and we ask that you use these measures.
The Players Club & Spa is a phenomenal resort experience - all only a few minutes away. The club includes 3 resort styled pools with gorgeous water features, kiddie pool and sand beach, 12 lighted tennis courts, state of the art fitness centre, bocce courts, a world class day spa, dining room, bar and outdoor tiki bar, basketball court and much more!
Complimentary Guest Access Includes 2 adults and up to 4 children under 18 for up to 14 days. Additional guests/ days are subject to a Club fee of $18 per person/per day, plus taxes.
***Players Club UPDATE: Guest access includes:
- full access to pools without reservation (capacity limits do apply and may be in effect during high season and holidays)
- tennis, bocce, pickleball access after 1pm
- gym access after 1pm
- spa access with reservation
- tiki bar and restaurant open with reservations
Lely Resort is a first class vacation destination with 3 championship golf courses, lush grounds while still only 10 mins from many of Naples most sought after beach destinations and the famous Fifth Avenue shopping district in Naples.
Pets may be considered and approved on a case by case basis. If approved, all pets are subject to a $500 pet fee. No cats please.
