As you enter the home you’ll see the dining room to your left. The dining room seats 6 people.
The living room is ahead of you and features a-large leather sectional with chairs. entertainment center houses a 43in smart flat screen TV.
TO THE LEFT of the living room is the kitchen. The kitchen is updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully stocked with all necessary cooking appliances - pots, pans, plates, utensils. Coffee pots, blender, microwave oven and baking materials.
As you walk in you’ll see the bathroom to the left. To the right is to main bedroom which has a king sized bed and 43in flat screen TV.
The second and third bedrooms have twin trundles enough for 4 more guests.
The backyard is right past the door from this bedroom or From kitchen door.
Backyard boasts lots of outdoor space - it is the highlight of the home !! It’s has plenty of sunny and shady areas to either sun yourself or just enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning shade.

As you walk out, you will see the updated patio with plenty of seating and eating areas, a grill for your dinner after a day at the beach or just sit and talk. There are night lights so you can enjoy it in day and night.
