This 3-story townhome is fully equipped with Wi-Fi internet, 4 HDTVs, a chef’s kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, and beautiful travertine and hardwood floors. All linens and bath towels are provided, as well as soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each bathroom. This home is bright, elegant, modern, and comfortable. One of the townhome's best features is it's 8ft double French doors that open up to the spacious porch which overlooks the courtyard’s tranquil fountain. No expense was spared on lighting and you will find opulent chandeliers, custom made lamps, unique pendant lights, eclectic wall sconces, and a state of the art ceiling fan/light combo.
The First Floor:
8 ft double french doors lead into 12 ft ceilings that set off the beautiful crown molding. The living room is expansive with a sectional large enough to seat your entire family. The floors are made of beautiful travertine. The vibrant area rug is like a piece of modern art that mingles with bright accessories and pops of color throughout.
The kitchen is a vision of true luxury. Undercabinet lighting and dimmable pendant lights create the perfect ambience. For the chef in you, you will find a professional Gas Fuel Viking Stove and Convection Oven, Sub Zero Refrigerator, under-counter wine/beverage cooler, and an extensive array of cookware and bakeware. Everything you need to prepare sensational meals is at your disposal including a microwave, toaster, toaster oven, 1.5qt slow cooker, hand mixer, blender, 12 cup coffee maker, plates, bowls, glasses, wine glasses, chef’s knives, cookware, bakeware, and cooking utensils.
A large table in the dining area allows seating for up to 8 people. Additional seating is available at the bar.
Discreetly tucked in off the first landing of the staircase you will find the well lit modern powder room with toilet and vanity.
The Second Floor:
A beautiful staircase and hardwood floors lead up to the second floor.
The first of two Master Bedrooms includes a King bed, large dresser, TV, ceiling fan, reading lamps, large closet, and covered balcony with ceiling fan. The master bathroom has a double vanity, bathtub with a shower, private toilet room, towels, and blow dryer.
The second bedroom on this level has a full-over-full bunk bed with an additional twin trundle, TV, closet, storage chest, lamp, state of the art remote controlled caged ceiling fan/light combo, and access to the balcony.
Just down the hall there is full bathroom which has a bathtub/shower combo and single vanity. You will also find on this level a laundry closet with washer and dryer.
The Third Floor:
The large Master Suite has a King-size bed, large dresser, TV, tray ceiling with ceiling fan, reading lamps, iron and ironing board, and a spacious private balcony with views of the lovely fountain and bay.
The master bathroom is spa-like with beautiful white marble throughout. You will find a double vanity, large corner jacuzzi tub, separate shower with rainfall shower head as well as an adjustable height sliding shower head, and private toilet room.
