Kleer Loch Lake House is a luxury four seasons waterfront home and is situated on 2.1 acres on the shores of the crystal clear waters of Lake Huron. The house is surrounded by mature trees with a clear view out to the lake. The lake house is 35 minutes away from the picturesque village of Tobermory, the world famous “Grotto” and the Bruce Trail. This beautiful and tranquil lake house is the ideal setting for friends and family to unplug, relax and get away from the rat race of city life.
The main open concept living area has vaulted ceiling and large windows overlooking the lake. The living room is fully furnished and has a TV and a gas fireplace for cooler nights. There are extra blankets and board games for the evenings! The Lake house has high speed internet with Netflix on the TV. Cell service is also available
The spacious kitchen is open to the living area and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, fridge and microwave. Dinnerware, pots and pans and utensils are also included so you can cook up some delicious meals in this chef’s kitchen! The dining area has a large table with seating for 6 -8 so everyone can gather around to enjoy the delicious meals!
The lake house features 3 bedrooms. The principal bedroom has a king size bed, large closets and an ensuite bathroom, all located on the upper floor with a beautiful view of the lake. The second and third bedrooms are located on the lower level and have a bathroom with a shower. There is also a twin bed located in the loft area. The house sleeps 7 people.
Outdoors, the wrap around porch has several seating areas with water views to gaze out on with your morning cup of coffee and day dream, or to curl up while you read your favourite book! There is a spacious deck area close to the water which is a perfect spot to take in the picture perfect sunsets that Lake Huron is famous for, with your favourite drink in hand! There is an outdoor dining area as well, so you can dine al fresco with incredible views! You have access to a propane BBQ perfect for grilling up hotdogs and steaks!
Kleer Loch has 175 feet of rocky shoreline with turquoise blue waters that has access to swimming and water activities, but water shoes are highly recommended.
