The space
As you step into our top-floor haven, be prepared for a breathtaking view showcased by expansive wall-to-wall windows that has often elicit a "wow".
Start your day on the east-facing front terrace with an unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower. Enjoy sunrise over coffee and tea or breakfast.
Our west-facing back terrace is a lovingly built garden oasis with bamboo, olive and lemon trees, vibrant bougainvilleas, fragrant herbs and seasonal vegetables.
Our home comfortably accommodates 5 guests, the master bedroom has a brand new king bed, the other bedroom a queen, and an additional single bed in the living area.
The place is equipped with the latest in technology - an LG 4K Smart TV, Dolby Atmos Soundbar, Sonos speaker, Dyson equipment, robot vacuum, and more. With our customizable Phillips Hue LED lights, every evening and every room can have its own mood.
A newly renovated marble kitchen overlooks the private garden, equipped with everything you'll need for a gourmet meal at home.

Bathrooms & Amenities: Our two bathrooms boast waterfall showerheads, with one featuring marble finishes and a bathtub. For your convenience, a washer with drying capabilities is provided.
Working Stations: We have one already set up and and more if you need. A 4K monitor can be arranged for an additional fee during your stay to set up.
Transportation: 5-minutes from Metro line 10, across from bus 72, and a private indoor parking space. Please let us know ahead of time if you'll need this for a separate key dropoff.
Nature: We are walking distance to two of the biggest parks near Paris: Bois de Boulogne and Domaine National de Saint Cloud. Rock en Seine and Lollapalooza festivals take place here in the summer.
Convenience at Your Doorstep: Our building is on top of a big Monoprix for groceries, home essentials, and clothing until 10PM on weeknights and 9PM on Sundays. Plus, an array of restaurants nearby and a mall is an 8-minute walk away.
Cleaning & longer stay: If you'll be staying for longer than a week and need extra cleaning, please let us know and we can coordinate this.
