Enjoy all that downtown Burlington has to offer in this beautifully renovated century home! Over 140 years old, this historic home has been stylishly updated and professionally decorated with all the comforts you could want.
Take entertaining to a new level with the modern kitchen, spacious dining room, and stylishly decorated living room with its woodburning fireplace!
Start and end your days in the comfortable three bedrooms, and keep those toes warm with heated floors in the bathrooms!
Our covered front porch is perfect for a morning cup of coffee or evening beverage to watch the world go by.
The main floor is semi-open concept, with a large, eat-in kitchen overlooking the dining room, and the powder room tucked by the stairs. The living room is right off the front foyer, and has glass French doors for added privacy.
All three bedrooms are located on the second floor, along with the laundry room and 2 bathrooms.
Guest will have access to the entire property, and the first and second floors of the home. The basement and garage are the only parts of the home that are closed off for homeowners storage.
We will be available to interact with guests through the app, as well as via phone for any immediate requests or emergencies.
Just two blocks from the waterfront, and walking distance to the energetic and fun downtown core! Explore everything downtown Burlington has to offer, as well as beautiful biking trails, many parks.
Everything from groceries to used book stores, coffee shops and restaurants, are all walking distance from our home. If you are the active type, bike lanes and trails are right outside our doorstep. If you are looking to explore further, the Burlington transit hub is also walking distance, and hop on the GO to explore further!
House Rules:
- Check-in after 3:00 p.m.
- Checkout before 11:00 a.m.
- Self check-in with keypad
- House trained pets allowed, with pre-approval from host.
- Quiet hours are 11:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m.
- No parties or events
- No smoking/vaping in the house.
- 3 night minimum booking for stays during long weekends, holidays, or special events in Burlington (some exceptions may be made based on availability, but are not guaranteed).
- 2 night minimum booking for stays during other times.
- Please return any recreational equipment to their original/secured location at the end of every day, or during inclement weather.
- NO glass in or near the hot tub.
- Hot tub must be covered when not in use.
- Bunk beds have a max static load of 220lbs, and the top bunk is not suitable for kids under the age of 6.
