The home is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home in the stylish neighborhood of Arborgate, only a very short distance from white sand beaches and the amazing blue-green water of the Gulf of Mexico. Your family will cherish the vacation memories made In Perdido Key. Visit nearby Johnson Beach National Seashore and enjoy 8 miles of undeveloped, natural beach. There are public beach access points every few miles and an amazing 247-acre state park nearby as well. Public Beach Access 3 is right down the sidewalk from Arborgate. Enjoy a bike ride along River Road to visit Sunset Grille or the public kayak launch. Popular restaurants loved by locals are just a short drive away as are The Shops at Villagio. The house is tastefully furnished and the living area has a sleeper sofa for kids or teens. The second level is entirely dedicated to the master suite. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a walk-in tiled shower with a rainfall showerhead, and a large tub to soak away the world you left behind to visit Perdido Key. You even have your own coffee bar in the master bedroom so enjoy that first cup out on the private balcony. The master bedroom also has a sleeper sofa to help accommodate larger families. The top floor of the home has two additional bedrooms; one bedroom has a queen bed and a Serta queen-size futon whereas the other features a set of bunk beds and a full-size bed. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV and the hallway connecting the top bedrooms has another sleeper sofa as well.
