Enjoy a gourmet Chef's kitchen with every modern convenience you would expect. Enormous kitchen island has tons of seating and space for entertaining. The full-equipped kitchen includes stunning quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, a 5-burner gas cooktop, high-end soft close solid wood cabinetry, and a massive island that seats 4 guests. All you need to add is the food and the fun. The adjacent dining area makes it easy for everyone to eat.
The spacious open-floor plan creates a great space for gathering, entertaining, and memory making. The elegant dining room features a grand table that comfortably seats 8. The great room has plenty of comfy seating, tons of space, and a large flat screen TV.
Our beautiful Beach House is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home that boasts well over 2,400 square feet of living space and has 3 levels. All bedrooms are equipped with large flatscreen TVs & ROKU devices (YouTube TV and many other free movie/TV applications available). Of course, high speed WiFi is included in the rental!
The large master bedroom has a king bed, dual vanity bath, and a huge walk-in closet. Your guests will enjoy 2 private guest rooms. One features a queen bed and the other with a full size and twin bed- perfect for children. We also offer a pack n play for resting and playing.
Both guest rooms are serviced by a hall bath with tub/shower combination. The spacious laundry room on this level has a sink and is fully stocked with detergent, fabric softener, and other cleaning necessities.
You will love to have your evening cocktails or morning coffee on the 2 balconies off the living area and the master bedroom. The backyard patio area has plenty of seating, as well as a large gas grill with a prep/serving area. The backyard has gorgeous landscaping as a backdrop for your evening cookouts!
We offer several recreational conveniences, including a ping pong table in bottom level, an adjustable weight bench, and adjustable BowFlex dumbbells.
Also included in the rental is an outdoor shower, board games, book library, children's toys, dozens of beach towels, a large beach umbrella, and a super convenient large beach wagon to help tote your gear to the beach!
Our property is located on a quiet neighborhood street. The street has a soccer field, basketball court, playground and a nearby gas station. Sweet Sage Café, Mangos Restaurant and Tiki Bar and the Conch Republic are walking distance among other attractions.
