Welcome to our stylish vacation rental – the perfect retreat for group or family trips! This spacious 3000sq ft home features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a plethora of amenities to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay.
The Space:
Enter through a welcoming foyer into a charming home with carefully curated decor and comfortable furnishings. You'll notice gorgeous Mountain views through the large windows in the formal living-room as you enter the home. The split floor plan ensures privacy, with three bedrooms situated down a separate wing from the primary en-suite. The primary bedroom boasts a large walk-in closet for added convenience. Please note: closet will be emptied out prior to your stay.
The family room, adjacent to the kitchen, provides a cozy gathering space. A breakfast table that seats 6 is perfect for casual dining, and a half bath is conveniently located down the hallway off the kitchen.
For more formal occasions, we offer a dining room that accommodates up to 10-12 people.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, with the exception of the garage and tool shed. The spacious driveway can accommodate 4-6 cars, ensuring ample parking space for everyone.

We are located on the boarder of Paradise Valley & central Phoenix, right off the 51 highway. Our backyard over looks squaw peak mountain. Home is in the PERFECT location of Phoenix! We are 10-15mins from all upcoming sports events, downtown Phoenix, & Scottsdale. Airport is about 5-8mins away
Sumida park is a 2min walk from our home. The park is equipped with high end play ground, basketball court, & even has workout equipment. Across the street from the park you’ll find the famous Aunt Chiladas restaurant & bar, which not only has fantastic Mexican food, but a great outdoor patio, & fun bar. About another 2min walk you’ll find a small shopping center with a BofA bank, bar, restaurant, nail salon, yoga studio. We do have two bikes, but need notice if you’d like to borrow them. Beside that Uber or Lyft is a good way to get around.
Remodels completed 2024 include; 24x48” porcelain tile flooring, kitchen remodel with marble looking quartz countertops + with a waterfall edge, custom designer tile backsplash behind cooktop, handmade floating shelving, Italian marble tile framing kitchen window, & dedicated coffee bar
Please note: our pool fence isn’t up, however, upon request we can put it up. Most importantly ABSOLUTELY NO KIDS ON THE ROOFTOP DECK for safety reason.
**We plan to redo the deck so I’d prefer if no more than two people were up there at a time, & please use cation. Please message me for details
#1.) Smoking & vaping “are allowed” but ONLY OUTSIDE. Please use ashtray. Do not ash on patio, pool deck, or grass. Never throw buds in grass
#2.) Pets must be very well trained, with no history of potting inside + clawing, chewing furniture. Additionally, I will need to approve them prior to completion of the booking & there will be a refundable pet deposit.
