GOLDEN VIEW is a single story, 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath Gold Canyon home that sleeps 14 and is aptly named for its exquisite views of the Superstition Mountains. The enclosed paradise of resort amenities includes a pool with optional heat, hot tub, gas grill and covered patios, one with an outdoor TV. On cool evenings warm yourself near the outdoor propane heaters, in front of the gas fireplace or gather round the gas fire pit. Keep up with news and competitive sports on newly added patio TV. We think this outdoor extravaganza with comfy chaises, dining furniture and amazing mountain views will be your favorite gathering area! We know the location and resort amenities will WOW you! The fee for heating the pool to 80º F is $95.00 per night.
Our luxurious home's floor plan is open and spacious with attractive and comfortable living spaces. Immerse yourself in top rated movies or one of many X-box games in our extraordinary theater room with cable TV, gas fireplace and reclining chairs. The well stocked kitchen with high end appliances and island seating opens into a dining area with table seating. Both drip and Keurig coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite gourmet coffee. Doors in the kitchen open into the enclosed paradise and feature views of the iconic Superstition Mountains. Wifi is complimentary. Highchairs are available to rent.
~ SWEET DREAMS in GOLDEN PARADISE ~
There are 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. ALL of the bedrooms have TVs and ceiling fans. The elegant primary suite has a king bed, cable TV, sitting area, walk-in closet, private bath plus doors to the pool and hot tub. The en suite primary bath has a luxurious Jacuzzi tub with an amazing view of the Superstition Mountains, a walk-in shower and 2 separate vanities with sinks. A hair dryer and soap are supplied.
Bedroom 2 has full size bunk beds and is conveniently close to the powder room. Bedroom 3 is another primary suite with a queen bed, fireplace, walk-in closet and en suite bath with a walk-in shower. The doors in Bedroom 3 access the covered front porch.
Bedroom 4 has 2 queen beds and Bedroom 5 now has a king bed. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a Jack and Jill style bath with a beautiful walk-in shower. There are doors in Bedroom 4 that open to the front patio and doors in Bedroom 5 that access the pool deck. The TVs in Bedrooms 2, 3, 4 and 5 are smart TVs and not cable or satellite serviced. Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.
A stocked and dedicated laundry room awaits your laundry tasks. There are garage spaces for 2 cars and driveway parking for 2 additional vehicles. For those who prefer to tour the area under pedal power, 5 mountain bikes are at our home for guests to use.

Nearby community hiking trails offer glimpses of native and migrating wildlife. Remember your cameras, binoculars and field guides! ~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.
We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.
The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.
The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.
Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 14 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of fourteen (14).
Daytime visitors to home may not exceed six (6) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.
Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.
To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.
For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.
All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.
Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.
The theater room and primary bedroom have cable service, all other TVs are for streaming and not cable or satellite serviced.
The pool heating fee is $95.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 night minimum.
Spa heating only with no pool heating is $30.00 per night October through April with a 4 night minimum.
Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
