Very cozy and perfectly appointed condo with everything you will need to enjoy a beach vacation. You will find our kitchen has everything needed to make a nice home cooked meal or.... walk to Flippers for a wonderful meal on the water. First morning coffee provided. Keurig and regular coffee machines. Outdoor gas grills are located on the Dolphin Deck for your use. Enjoy the Dolphins swimming by while grilling or enjoying the private white sand beach. Sit on the lanai and soak in the views. We have provided beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels in the condo so you can head down to the beach to enjoy the water while watching the dolphins and the sunsets. There are also chairs and loungers already at the beach and poolside for guests to use. This is a "true" one bedroom with a luxury king mattress set and cozy living room furniture. The bathroom has plenty of clean towels and a blow dryer so you do not have to pack your own. Come relax and enjoy the beaches and fun activities to include Lovers Key State Park across the street.
