The space
When you enter you will love the high ceilings and open concept living room/dining/kitchen area that gives plenty of space to relax. There is a large dining table that seats eight, a seated bar area and a cozy nook to drink your morning coffee.
We are centrally located in South Venice and very close to grocery stores, movie theaters, beaches and restaurants. We are across the street from Shamrock Park with miles of walking/biking trails that take you along the Intercoastal Waterway, to the beaches in Venice or all the way to Sarasota.
We are 15 minutes away from the brand new Wellen Park development with Atlanta Braves spring training baseball and a fantastic downtown area full of shops and restaurants!
