The backyard also includes an awesome natural gas fire pit for those cool fall/winter evenings and two covered patios with ceiling fans. Above the covered patios is an enormous balcony with plenty of loungers and great views. The balcony is accessible from the master and another secondary bedroom. The home includes a propane grill (tenant to supply propane).

The master includes a king bed and gigantic WIC. It also boasts a large TV, surround sound, full kitchenette with sink and beverage refrigerator, office area and a bathroom leaving nothing desired. It also has a slider out to the extra large balcony with loungers for your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The bathroom has a large jetted tub, walk-in shower, double vanities make-up and counter. The other two bedrooms are upstairs and have either a King or Queen bed, TV, large closet and private bathrooms with walk-in showers. One of these bedrooms has a great desk/office area and the other has access to the balcony. All beds are furnished with new, high-end mattresses offering various degrees of firmness to best suit guest preferences.
For larger parties, the home also offers guests the comfort of memory foam mattresses on 1 Queen sofa sleeper in the game room. Additional sleepers available if needed.
