1 mile down hill to the river there is the largest free launch ramp and 1 block from the best desert trails in the country. 5 miles to the Bluewater casino with an in-door water park.

Hill top community with the best boating and fishing at the bottom of the hill. Access to the best OHV trails are at the end of the block.

Our place is 5 miles from the Blue Water Casino harbor, if you call ahead you can reserve an overnight guarded dock space for your boat, it only cost $15. Per night and has a wakeless marina with tons of close parking for trailer and lots of docks. With Wal-Mart right around the corner to stock up on beverages it's perfect for our family weekend outings
Other things to note
There is a network of off road trails that are some of the best in all the world. 100s of miles of trails right out of the back of this neighborhood. I ride them all the time and have since the 70s.
