We have a great mountain and lake view from front & back of this property, at the north side of Lake Havasu and we are Lake Side on a Very Quite street. This home has three bedrooms and three full baths. Master Bedroom has King Pillow Top Bed, 50'' TV with Double Sink, Soaker Tub, Walk in Shower and walk in closet. 2nd Bedroom has Queen Bed 42'' TV. 3rd Bedroom has Full + twin bed 42'' TV. 2nd Bath has Walk in Shower. 3rd Bath with Walk in Shower is Near Pool in rear of RV Garage. Water Softener + RO FLAT DRIVEWAY is 60' LONG and RV GARAGE is 69' USEABLE FOR GUESTS with 13'6' 'TALL clearance. Regular Garage has 8' TALL DOOR and Garage is 40' LONG. All Garage doors have automatic openers. All floors in home are MARBLE and Doors are 8' Tall with 9' to 11' Ceilings. Kitchen has GRANIT Counters and Stainless Steel Appliances. HEATED POOL & SPA (guest pay for LP gas to heat pool)
