It is adjacent to the nationally ranked 18 hole Rockycrest Golf Course and the shore of Lake Joseph, one of the largest and cleanest lakes in the Muskoka region. The location of the condo-home is the best within the resort with the SW patio exposure enjoying both privacy and long sunny days. With the master king bedroom and ensuite bath plus walk-in closet on the main floor, there are 3 bedrooms (2 queen rooms and room with 2 twins) and a 4 piece bathroom on the second floor. The main living area has a 2 story cathedral ceiling and an attached screened in porch (muskoka room). There is a Weber BBQ on the patio.
The condo-home is beautifully decorated with premium furniture, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, large family dining table that seats 10 people, light hardwood floors, main floor fireplace, 2 flat screen TVs with dvd player, and full laundry facilities.
