Positive: The house was incredibly cozy, clean, and well-equipped. We were always able to find a spot in the parking lot, which was very convenient. The laundry facility on-site was a plus, and the swimming pool was great. It was also great that the residence wasn't too far from the city center, making it easy to get around.

Negative: There were many ants inside the house and on the terrace, and spiders would often come in through open windows. It would be a huge improvement to have nets on the windows to prevent this. I was also disappointed that WiFi access was paid. I would have preferred a free, low-speed option for checking local information, with a paid upgrade for high speed. Lastly, the walking paths are made of small stones, which created a lot of noise every time someone walked by. Additionally, there were no markings in the parking lot, which led to people parking crookedly, making it difficult to access our car or have equal space between vehicles.
