Gas heated with own thermostat. 5 minutes walk from Bayridge Centre Kingston, 2 minutes walk to bus stops, major intersections of Taylor Kidd and Mona Drive. 5 minutes drive to 401, Cataraqui woods mall and all other major shopping centers in west end. 15 minutes drive to downtown. Safe and mature neighborhood. The Space: The entrance to the basement suite is at the back of the house, off the right side back entrance path to the deck. Guest will have there own separate entrance with punch in lock door. The sound proofing does a reasonably good job. You will sometimes hear footsteps, other than that it’s a very quiet and cozy basement apartment with plenty of roaming space inside. Lights, storage, heat, supplies. Safe and quite. Guest Access: Guests will only have the access to the basement apartment from the back door. You will park on the driveway, facing the house, follow the sidewalk on the right of the house all the way to the back where the white deck/sun room is located. The brown door with "entrance" is your entrance. Door code will be provided to you once after reservation is confirmed. There are two instructions/information sheets are posted in the wall inside the place. Other things to note: This is an absolutely NO smoking place, no Pet place. Any smoking inside the unit or the premise will be reported to homeway.com immediately.
