Our home is located in a private, gated, residential lake community and only minutes from the Veterans Highway. Our private shaded streets have a 10 MPH speed limit as they meander through growths of old Oak century trees. Our multi-acre park offers shady grassed areas under rustling cypress trees for picnics. The park features a Volleyball court, fishing dock, boat ramp, swimming area, and horseshoes. We also have a fully equipped and fenced children's playground.
The house is a coastal decorated bungalow that has been newly renovated. Full kitchen which is fully equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, crock pot, blender, coffee maker, with coffee provided. A living room with a flat screen TV and Roku. The living room also provides a pull out sofa. The bedroom is cozy with comfortable high thread sheets. Washer and Dryer as well as laundry detergent is provided at the home for your use while you stay. A large patio area and backyard with fit pit and grill provided. We also provide charcoal for the grill and all your grilling needs. The lake is a 5 minute walk from our house. Basic toiletries are provided along with blow dryer, straightener, ironing board and iron. Closet space with hangers is provided in the bedroom.

We provide kayaks and a stand up paddle board with paddles and lifejackets to use during your stay. The kayaks are on a dolly so it makes it extremely easy to bring them down to the lake.
We provide games, hammocks to bring down to the lake to relax, books, outside games, DVD's, PlayStation and games.
This is a very quite, private lake community. We are close to Trinity, New Port Richey, and approximately 20 minutes from Tampa Bay. We are close to beaches, Busch Garden and Historic Ybor City and Tarpon Springs.
Guest will have access to everything the neighborhood has to offer. We do ask that you follow all neighborhood rules which will be provided to you upon booking.
