The exterior of this castle on Kennedy is red brick with a Tourette in front. It is centrally located in the heart of our great city of Tampa. For your convenience we preset & regulate the ac at 74 degrees for your comfort. We do not adjust the thermostat any colder. Forget the stiff hotels and stay at our comfortable clean Airbnb where you’ll get the true sunny Florida Welcome to Tampa Bay while visiting on business or pleasure so you can relax & enjoy Florida to the fullest!

Secure Electronic Key access. Before you leave your home, Download the TTLock app onto your cell (You need WIFI). Then register your cell# using your cell phone #. Once you've completed your cell registration TEXT me in this app letting me know so I can create your E-Key especially for you. You will be assigned a digital code to enter/exit apt. When we meet to greet you I will show you how to use the digital keypad.

You have access to the entire townhome apt. There is an attic upstairs that leads to nothing. Please do not enter. For your convenience we preset & regulate the ac at 74 degrees for your comfort. We do not adjust the thermostat any colder. The front 1/2 of the building are multiple business office suites & are on the other side of the building locked.

Supportive beds, comfy pillows, huge showers & more. No party’s , no pets, no smoking/vaping , no candles inside. If you smoke do it outside away from the doors so the odor does not enter the apt. You will be fined a $500.00 smoke removal fee if smoke odor is found upon your departure. Please throw your cigarette butts in the garbage where they belong. This is a pet-free townhome.
We love animals however, they are not welcome on this property. If there is any evidence of a pet/animal/reptile/etc inside this townhome or on the property without written approval by us you will be fined $500.00 Pet Fee. The owners of the property have severe allergies and can not have any pets. They use their property themselves with their family for getaways as well. Thank you for understanding.
This is a quiet residential neighborhood. We like our neighbors. That said, we request you keep our neighbors happy & keep the noise down after 10pm. If it is loud after 10pm the police will be called & you may be asked to leave immediately without refund. Thanks for considering our place. You’ll be glad you did.
