This beautiful five bedroom, three bath home is located away from the hustle and bustle of the city in New River. The hot tub in a stunning desert setting provides an exceptional place from which to experience Arizona's unrivaled sunsets. Conveniently located approximately 40 minutes north of Phoenix's Sky Harbor International airport at exit #232 on Highway 17. New River is an easy drive to Carefree, Cavecreek, Scottsdale and Sedona, or a day trip to the Grand Canyon. Wakeboarding and water skiing are possible within 20 minutes at Lake Pleasant and downhill skiing and snowboarding are only 2 hours away in Flagstaff. There is great shopping at the Outlet Mall at Anthem (about a 10 minute drive). The popular Roadrunner restaurant and saloon are within minutes of the resort and just 10 minutes away and there is a Walmart Supercenter that is open 24 hours. In Anthem, just a few minutes away, children will love the numerous parks and play areas, including the train, skate board park and many restaurant You can golf at more than 25 golf courses that are within 40 minutes of this resort. There is also an option to have an archery lesson here on the property.
