House is in a prime location approximately 10 minute drive to blue mountain, 20 minutes to Thornbury and 15 minute drive to Wasaga beach. Big fenced in back yard for fires or whatever you would like, plenty of parking (3 car maximum)

Guests may use entire house. Whether it's relaxing upstairs on the couches enjoying the 75 inch smart tv with cable and internet.
