These two units are a great property for family reunions. The property is directly on the BEACH ACCESS (not beachfront) just steps to the Gulf of Mexico. It has gulf views and each cottage has 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths with an open floor plan, a 40ft long balcony. PARKING 2 spaces per unit. Each cottage SLEEPS 6 and has a WASHER and DRYER in the unit, CENTRAL HEAT and AC, WiFi and HD flat screen TVs in the living area and bedrooms. Each KITCHEN is fully equipped with regular size appliances, pots and pans, dishes and silverware. TOWELS and LINENS are also provided. There is a large patio with BBQ grills, sitting area and a FIRE PIT.
There is plenty of outdoor space to sit and relax with a glass of wine, read a book or just enjoy the beautiful weather. The cottages are within walking distance to several restaurants, brewery, sports bars, ice cream parlor and convenience store.
