The enclosed yard is home to an in-ground, screened pool, which can be heated for an additional fee, and a cushy patio with a sectional and a propane grill for warm-weather barbecues.
Inside this retreat, you will find an inviting living area with comfortable sofas and a cable TV and an adjoining dining area with a table for up to six people. The kitchen is well-appointed and spacious with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, some matching Mickey Mouse appliances, a washer/dryer combo, and a breakfast bar for three. And a game room off of the kitchen offers a foosball/Ping-Pong table and a large TV with two comfortable gaming chairs.
The main bedroom has another TV and an en suite full bathroom with a standalone shower and a soaking tub.
