Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The housekeepers were tremendously nice. Room was fine, bed comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location was ok - usually a 15 minute taxi from Hanyang University. Fitness room was adequate. Laundry room good. It is difficult to control the temperature in the room, and the AC was a bit cold.

Negative: Most people at the front desk were good, but some did not have good English, leading to confusion at times. The Terrace restaurant is not open after breakfast. The coffee shop and other restaurant are good. 7-11 open 24 hours is very helpful. I found the notice scary (in English, fortunately) that if you go into the stairwell you cannot get out unless you have your room key.

Summary: Overall good.
