Summary: Solo traveller. Stayed at the Victor Hugo on two nights a week apart. A comfortable experience in this traditional French hotel, Very good breakfast. The Managers are very friendly. First room was better than the second which was rather quirky but OK. Not far from the Centre Ville station which was handy.
